Language Supp—brand identity
Language Supp Ukraina is an initiative offering free online language lessons to support children from refugee families. We created the message/slogan – “Language is the only limit”—which emphasizes that despite communication barriers, we, as human beings, think and feel in a similar way.
The visual identity is built around the concept of language, words, and thoughts as fundamental tools of communication. To express this, we created “Wordcreatures”—imaginative characters composed of letters and diacritics from various world alphabets. This approach not only enables the project to expand freely with new language versions, but also fosters a sense of equality and shared community across different cultures.

Logo, colors, typography
The choice of both the typeface and the illustrated detail, including the language version symbol, reflects the idea of communication as a flow of gestures, thoughts, and language
The typography is based on handwriting, representing the motion of writing letters on paper. The symbol of each language version is placed inside a handwritten, irregular shape, which ties in with the illustration style and matches the comic speech bubbles used by the 'Wordcreatures.' This approach allows for the creation of new language versions and unlimited project expansion.

Wordcreatures
The characters—“Wordcreatures”—communicate through speech bubbles, understanding each other in both languages of the course.
The visual identity is based on handwritten illustrations and two typefaces (both—Latin and Cyrillic alphabets). The illustrations consist of three elements: a diacritic chosen by the user, which forms the body of the character; a hand-drawn head resembling a flower blossom; and linear limbs that add motion and dynamism.
Communication
The visual identity uses a rich color palette designed for the needs of the e-learning platform project, following material design principles. A communication system for social media was also created, with various categories of posts in ready-to-edit templates.
